Perspectives Charter Schools fosters an inclusive, equitable and anti-racist network through our Race, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (REDI) work. REDI committees at both the network and campus level collaborate to support Perspectives’ commitment to reducing barriers and fostering an non-discriminatory school and work environment. We do this by internalizing our core values of A Disciplined Life® and ensuring that our practices allow our diverse population of students and staff to grow, thrive and excel.

Over the past year, we have worked to launch a strategic plan that guides our efforts to:

• Create supports and practices that allow for a diverse workforce that feels valued and included in the mission of Perspectives Charter Schools.

• Serve our students equitably, challenge them academically, support their well-being, affirm their identity and center our work around their success at Perspectives and in life.

• Identify barriers to an inclusive school environment and consistently examine ourselves in order to develop solutions that lead to equitable outcomes for all.

• Ensure that our practices allow our diverse population of students and staff to grow, thrive and excel by continuing to foster dialogue and engagement with our diverse school community.
