Perspectives Charter Schools fosters an inclusive, equitable and anti-racist network through our Race, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (REDI) work. REDI committees at both the network and campus level collaborate to support Perspectives’ commitment to reducing barriers and fostering an non-discriminatory school and work environment. We do this by internalizing our core values of A Disciplined Life® and ensuring that our practices allow our diverse population of students and staff to grow, thrive and excel.
Over the past year, we have worked to launch a strategic plan that guides our efforts to:
